CT Foreclosure Deals provides access to Connecticut foreclosure auction and case data compiled from publicly available court filings. The data is provided for informational and research purposes only.
All data on this platform, including but not limited to property values, equity estimates, debt figures, court case details, and contact information, is compiled from publicly available sources and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, current, or free of errors.
Active foreclosure case data delivered to Founding Members is compiled at a point in time. It does not represent a complete or exhaustive record of all active or historical Connecticut foreclosure cases. Case statuses change frequently. A case in the data set may have been resolved, dismissed, sold, or otherwise changed since the data was compiled. You are solely responsible for verifying the current status and accuracy of any case before taking any action.
Skip-traced contact information included in the active foreclosure cases is provided as a research aid only. We make no representation that contact information is current, accurate, or that the individuals identified are the correct parties to contact. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws governing the use of contact information, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws.
You acknowledge that any investment in real estate, including the purchase of properties at foreclosure auction, involves substantial risk. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to purchase any property.
Before acting on any data provided through this platform, you are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence, including but not limited to: verifying property ownership and title status, confirming the current status of any court proceeding, inspecting the property, reviewing all encumbrances, consulting with licensed attorneys and real estate professionals, and independently verifying all financial figures. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your reliance on data obtained through this platform.
Founding Member is a one-time payment that provides access to the platform and the active foreclosure case data for as long as the platform remains in operation. It does not guarantee access to any future features, tiers, or data sets not explicitly described at the time of purchase.
Founding Member purchases are non-refundable except in the event of service discontinuation as described below. Outside of that scenario, all Founding Member payments are final.
If CT Foreclosure Deals discontinues the service entirely, Founding Members will be eligible for a pro-rated refund calculated on a 12-month basis from the date of their purchase. The refund amount will be calculated as: original purchase price multiplied by the number of full months remaining in the 12-month period divided by 12. For example, if the service is discontinued 4 months after your purchase, you would be eligible for a refund of approximately 67% of the original purchase price. Refunds under this provision will be processed within 30 days of the discontinuation notice. No pro-rated refund will be issued if the service has been operating for 12 or more months from your Founding Member purchase date.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may add, remove, or change features, pricing tiers, or data offerings at our discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on the data provided.
